Ace In The Hole Entertainment wants you to have a successful event. Your success is our success. We are addressing questions below that should be answered before any vendor can give you a realistic quote.
What we need to know: We must know the event date If you have a date you would like to have an event it would be wise to get the date locked in with all involved. Without a contract/deposit in the vendor’s hand, rates and availability could fluctuate. Select a Location The function hall you book for your event may or may not have the necessary square footage for our equipment. (See Package/Required Square footage list) We must know the number of guests A successful casino entertainment event allows for at least 80% of the guests to play at once. We will be more than happy to work directly with your Corporate Event Manager or designated organizer. Working together we will plan within your budget to make sure everyone has a good time. Our packages can be tailored to work within your space and budget requirements.
What you may like to know: Are Casino Entertainment Parties legal in Pennsylvania? Yes! Pennsylvania statutes prohibit gambling. But we don’t gamble, we play the games similar to casino rules and have loads of fun. What does Ace In The Hole Entertainment provide? We provide fully trained dealers dressed in casino dealer attire, brand new casino type tables that are portable enough to take to your location, all the chips and accessories to give you the feel that you are playing at a Vegas table, vouchers for bragging rights and/or drawings and “Chinese Auctions”, raffle tickets, drawing drum, and souvenir cups for your guests. Our dealers will also teach players how to play the various games…even provide a little insight on strategies to win. Should food and refreshments be served? It is not necessary to offer a full lunch or dinner at your event. It is always nice to have refreshments or finger food during a three or four hour event. If you do choose to have a meal, you may want to have it before the actual casino entertainment opens. We have done many parties where the dealers are just standing around at their tables while people are eating a meal. You are paying for the dealers to entertain your guests not waiting for them to finish eating. If desired, our company will set up the entertainment area at least 2 hours prior to the event. An ideal scenario would be that if you have a dinner at 6:00 pm, we would set up prior to 5:00 pm (if event is held in same room as meal) and the Casino would open at 7:30. This allows for your guests to enjoy their meal and socializing prior to the entertainment. If refreshments and drinks are being served, we asked that guests not eat at the tables or set drinks directly on table felts. How long is a typical event? Ace In The Hole Entertainment normally provides 3 hours of gaming and 30 minutes of player check out (providing vouchers to players, etc.). If you discover during the event that your guests are having so much fun and you want to extend the gaming an additional hour, the additional cost would be $25 per dealer. What about Fundraisers? Fundraisers are allowed in Pennsylvania with certain stipulations and licenses. Contact us directly for more information. We have the equipment and personal to provide Blackjack tournaments, Texas Hold ‘Em Tournaments as well as a casino entertainment experience for your fundraiser within the limits of the law.
Table Sponsors – This is the KEY to a successful Fundraiser A great way to fund the casino party costs is to get sponsors to sponsor each table. In return they can have a sign displayed on or near the table with their company name. Additionally, you can list the sponsors in your event program. The price of sponsoring a table is up to you. You know your local vendors best. You can ask them to sponsor part, all, or even in excess of the price paid per table. You can also suggest to them that they provide some small branding advertisement of their own to be handed out to players such as; key chains, hats, coasters, store coupons, etc. Our experience has shown that many vendors would like to show their brand by having the dealers at their sponsored table wear a tee shirt or other garment during the party with their name, etc. We have no problem changing our attire to accommodate that request. Many casino party fundraisers cover their entire cost of the equipment rental, casino staff, and casino prizes completely through sponsorship and donations. Sponsorship and gift donations can come from anywhere such as your members (especially business owners), banks, suppliers (printers, caterers, florists, etc.), local stores (coffee shop, card store, liquor store, supermarkets, pizza, restaurants, etc.), electronic stores such as Shopko, or Best Buy. Gift donations can be flat screen TV’s, WII’s, event tickets, gift baskets, jewelry, gift cards, etc.. Do we need to tip the dealers? Tipping our dealers is not expected but always welcomed. Dealers do occasionally receive tips from players who are having a wonderful time and want to show their appreciation monetarily at the end of the party. We do not allow tip jars on our tables or real money to be placed on the table and do not solicit tips. Why choose Ace In The Hole Entertainment, LLC? Our package prices include Set Up and Breakdown of Equipment, transportation costs, and state and county sales tax if applicable as well as the extras mentioned above.
