Is a Casino Party legal?
Yes. Although we strive to provide the most realistic Vegas experience, we stop short of allowing gaming for monetary gain. Our parties are strictly for entertainment and recreational purposes. We do not condone nor allow gambling for profit using our equipment or dealers.
What about Fundraisers?
There is a provision in the Wisconsin gaming law allowing non-profits to have a raffle at an event. The organization raising funds must obtain a raffle license. The information can be found at http://www.doa.state.wi.us/category.asp?linkcatid=689&linkid=116&locid=7
Please contact us for more information on fundraisers.
Can I host a Poker or Blackjack Tournament?
Yes. We can provide everything you need to host any casino-style tournament, including tournament director(s) who are highly experienced in making this type of event run smoothly.
How long do the Casino Parties last?
Our standard quotes are based on 3 hours of playing and 1/2 an hour to provide vouchers to your guests. We arrive no more than 2 hours prior to the event to set up tables and begin breaking down when the casino closes unless other arrangements are made (setting up earlier and breaking down later). Also, we can do 2 hour parties as well as longer ones. If your organization decides, during the party, to ask us to provide more than 3 hours of entertainment there will be an additional cost, per dealer, to be paid at the end of the event.
Is there a minimum age for Party Attendees?
No. Ace In The Hole Entertainment parties are not gambling events. Many of our parties are family events.
What is your booking policy?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date and time. The balance is due when the event is over.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation fee as long as the cancellation is at least 14 days prior to the event and you rebook another event to take place within 3 months of the original event date.
